Born from a Gap No One Was Filling
Claims & Kinnect Solutions is a Black woman-owned business founded by a licensed claims adjuster with over a decade of hands-on experience. The Founder knew the workers' compensation and personal injury space from the inside — the paperwork, the timelines, the jurisdictions, and the pressure that falls on every stakeholder involved.
What she kept seeing, case after case, was a critical gap: treating doctors' offices were sending referrals, but the appointments that needed to follow those referrals weren't getting scheduled efficiently — or at all. The coordination between the referral and the actual appointment was falling through the cracks, and injured workers were paying the price with delayed care and stalled claims.
That gap is exactly why she started Claims & Kinnect Solutions. Not because it was easy — but because it needed to exist. She built the company to be the bridge between referrals and results, ensuring that every appointment gets confirmed, every claimant gets reminded, and every case keeps moving forward.
I saw referrals sitting in systems with no one ensuring the appointments actually happened. Adjusters were overwhelmed. Attorneys were waiting on records that hadn't been scheduled yet. I realized that what was missing wasn't desire — it was dedicated coordination. That's what we provide.
