How much does medical appointment coordination cost?
Standard Appointment Coordination is $135. Diagnostic Coordination is $125. Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation is $95 per appointment or $275 per month. IME Standard is $175 and IME Complex is $275. FCE is $150 and FCE Complex is $200. Medical Record Requests are $50, or $75 for the All-in tier. Case Timeline Setup is $175. Case Timeline Monthly is $150 Basic, $275 Standard, or $450 Premium. Monthly retainers are $650 Basic, $1,250 Standard, $2,250 Premium, or Custom pricing for Enterprise. A 25% rush surcharge applies to same-day coordination.
